Where do we deliver?

We deliver to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Do you live somewhere else? Write to us and we will let you know as soon as we deliver to your country.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 days in a protective parcel with tracking, and usually arrives within 2 to 4 weeks in total for Switzerland and the UK, 3 to 6 weeks for Germany and 4 to 6 weeks for France. The delivery time is confirmed in your order confirmation, and you receive the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all handpans. For orders of accessories only, delivery costs apply. They are always shown before payment.

Customs duties and taxes

Delivery, duties and taxes: everything is included in the price shown at checkout. If the carrier still asks you for customs or import VAT charges, we refund them on presentation of the receipt.

On delivery

Check the condition of the parcel, in the presence of the courier if possible. If there is any damage, take photos of the parcel and the product and let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours.
